Not At Fault - Not Chargeable - Other driver's Insurance paid for your damage (or deductible refunded)
Comprehensive Claims - Acts of G-d or nature. Example - stone hits windshield, tree branch hits your car
Traffic Violations - Chargeable - Based on the "conviction" date (not occurrence date) or the day you paid the fine
